Youth Programs to host teen seminar March 27

FORT PICKETT, Va. — The Virginia National Guard Youth Programs Office will host a True Color Personal Success Seminar for students March 27 at Peak Experience Indoor Climbing Center in Midlothian, Va. The seminar is for dependent children or siblings of the Virginia Air and Army National Guard ages 13-17 years old.
True Color Personal Success Seminar for students is a hands-on, interactive, energizing seminar that will guide teens through the True Colors foundational experience. Teens will gain a new perspective of their own strengths and stressors, as well as those of classmates, family and friends. They will also learn how to use their talents and strengthen their weaknesses.
Additionally, teens will experience the Peak Indoor Climbing Center, one of the East Coast’s largest indoor rock climbing attractions. They will have an opportunity to climb with Peak’s belay staff for an hour and a half after completing the True Colors Personal Success Seminar.
The cost is $15 per teen.
